Sweet chilli tuna & avocado wrap

Serves 2



2 x 100g pouch Safcol Responsibly Fished Tuna with Sweet Chilli Sauce 4 sheets tortilla/lavosh (any bread that will wrap easily) 4 lettuce leaves 1 avocado, peeled and sliced 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped 1/2 lebanese cucumber, cut into strips 2 tablespoons red onion, finely sliced 1/2 red capsicum, cut into fine strips 1/2 cup sprouts (such as alfalfa, snow pea, mustard cress or bean sprouts)
Step 1 - On a clean flat surface lay out two overlapping sheets of tortilla or lavosh. Step 2 - If the lettuce leaves have hard middles slice them out (leaves must be soft enough to roll up). Lay one lettuce leaf along the centre of the bread leaving 4 cm clear from each end of the bread Step 3 - Top with half of the avocado, coriander, cucumber, red onion, capsicum, tuna and sprouts. Fold bottom of wrap over filling, fold in sides and roll.

Tips:Repeat for the second wrap.
