Ingredients

  • 4 jarred capsicum sides, cut into 3 cm strips
  • Chives, finely chopped to garnish

Tunna Hommus

  • 1 x 185g can Safcol No Net Tuna in springwater 185g, drained
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tbsp hommus
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small food processor, blend the tuna hommus ingredients together until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Lay the strips of capsicum on a clean surface and add a teaspoon of the mixture to one side. Roll the capsicum over the tuna hommus and keep rolling to form a cylinder. Repeat with the remaining.
  3. Serve on a plate with a sprinkle of chives.
