Ingredients
- 1 x 185g can Safcol Tuna in oil Italian style, drained
- 200g dried pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 small cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes or 1 small fresh bird’s eye chilli deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tablespoon baby capers
- ½ cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water according to packet instructions.
- Drain pasta and reserve a small amount of the cooking water.
- Return the pasta to the pan and add a ¼ cup of cooking water and the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well to combine and break up tuna. Taste and season, add extra chilli to taste.
