Ingredients
- 2 x Safcol Squid in Olive Oil 111g cans
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 long red chilli deseeded
- ½ cup finely chopped parsely leaves
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta following the pack instructions Drain and set aside.
- In a medium pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic, and chilli. Heat until fragrant.
- Add the squid and can juices, heating gently.
- Stir in the drained pasta, parsley, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, and zest.
- Season to taste and serve piping hot with a fresh salad.
